Band 6 Autism Assessor (Bath) – St Martin's Hospital – Kempthorne HouseJob IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Band 6 Autism Assessor who is a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing team in BSW, with a base at St Martin's Hospital in Bath.As a Band 6 Autism Assessor, you will provide assessment and post diagnostic support to both individuals and groups as appropriate with supervision available for formulation and diagnosis following assessment.Primarily based in Bath, you will have the flexibility to work within a model that supports both on-site and hybrid working arrangements, depending on the nature of the role. HCRG Care Group is committed to fostering an agile and adaptable workforce to best meet the needs of our organisation and service users.Some travel across the BSW patch may be required so willingness to travel and a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.Previous experience and training in relevant autism assessment tools is vital to this role.Main ResponsibilityMain responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:To provide a service to the designated team including assessment and post diagnostic support to both individuals and groups as appropriate.
