Overview: I am currently recruiting for a personal administrative support role to assist the Director in meeting the requirements of their role. The position offers hybrid working (2/3 days in the office per week) and a pay rate of Β£23.36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and informing the Director's workload
  • Undertaking diary management
  • Monitoring emails
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Providing informed and sensitive responses
  • Preparing a full spectrum of information and reports
  • Interpreting data and providing relevant recommendations for action

Employment details:

  • Hybrid working – 2/3 days in the office per week.
  • Pay is Β£23.36 per hour.
  • Strong PA experience is essential, with previous experience working with a council and extensive knowledge of a politically challenging environment.
