About the Role
HCRG Staffing are looking for a Band 7 Children’s Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to work for an excellent private school in Kingston Upon Thames, South-West London. The successful Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) would need a dysphagia qualification (and confidence in assessing eating and drinking needs, leading feeding training etc) and experience in the use of hi tech AAC. Additional AAC experience is desirable. Would also look at band 6 candidates with significant disclosure experience. Our client is also looking for someone on a permanent basis, so could be offered locum or permanent – depending on your preference!

- Provide life‑changing treatment, support and care for children who have difficulties with communication, eating, drinking and swallowing.
- Help people who, for physical or psychological reasons, have problems speaking and communicating.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- Licenses: HCPC registered
- Experience: 2 years+ experience. Dysphagia qualification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable individuals.
