Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Incident & Trauma Counsellor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide specialised support to individuals experiencing trauma, distress, or crisis, helping them to process their experiences and work towards recovery.
Responsibilities
- Offer confidential counselling and emotional support to clients affected by traumatic incidents
- Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Collaborate with external agencies and support networks as needed

Qualifications & Skills
