About the Role:
HCRG Staffing are looking for a Band 7 Adult Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to work either in the Kent area or can be fully remote from home if you do not live local. This would be working in a private organisation. The successful Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) would work 3 days a week (22.5 hours) and be able to start within the next few weeks. 4 month locum contract initially with a view to extend.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Developing personalised therapy programs, and collaborating with patients, families, and other professionals to support rehabilitation and improve quality of life
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Licenses: HCPC registered
- Experience: 2 years+ experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable individuals.
