Role: Better Outcome Lead
Salary: £41.42 per hour
Job Type: Full time, Temporary
Hours: 9am to 5pm
About the Role: As an improvement manager, you will provide direct, hands-on support to individual practitioners across the Help and Protection and Corporate Parenting directorate
Responsibilities
- Supporting practitioner needing additional help
- Helping to meet expected standards of the services
- Enhancing quality and consistency of assessments, plans and interventions
- Facilitating coaching and reflection dialogue to strengthen practice
- Monitoring and reviewing changes, offering further guidance to sustain improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
- Licenses: Social Work England registered
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualified experience in direct employment with an English Local Authority
