Details of the work to be carried out Working with children with disabilities and their families, completing Child and Family Assessments, Child in need and CP statutory work, maybe some instances of covering work with Cared for Children. Working in large team that covers all of Westmorland and Furness, the team is split between Eden, Kendal and Barrow, however work needed to cover is Barrow area and South Lakes area. Joint working with health and education colleagues. Knowledge of children with disabilities work preferred and Direct payments and EHCPs, however support can be given. · Reporting procedure – Team manager · Any milestones for completion of particular projects · Whether the services will need to be provided to any other bodies Ideally 2 days in Barrow and 1 day in Kendal, can be hybrid but will need to be in area for duty cover and visits…
