We are looking for a dedicated band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to work in the CRISIS – Rapid Response Service. The Practitioner is required to be available across a Rota of Long Days and Nights – Weekends also as it is 24/7 Service. To work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, applying specialist skills and knowledge to maintain the young person with significant and complex needs in the community. To work collaboratively with Cornwall Council families together colleagues to build an integrated pathway that will offer support and treatment for families in a joined-up way. To communicate highly complex and sensitive information to young people, their families and agencies. To develop productive relationships with young people and families often dealing with individuals in distress while facilitating treatment. To build and maintain excellent working relationships with other professionals, third sector workers and significant others. To keep the Team Manager, Clinical Lead and Clinical Psychologist informed of all relevant developments.
