HCRG Care Group in Sheppey is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join the Rapid Response and Intermediate Care Team. This rotational role covers community and inpatient rehabilitation, working across Swale to support patients in their own homes and in hospital settings.
You will collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and other professionals to deliver patient-centred care seven days a week, with clinical supervision and development opportunities across the service.
