You will provide early and ongoing support to children, young people and families on the neurodevelopmental pathway, acting as a care navigator and first-line practitioner, delivering telephone and face-to-face support, and assisting with triage and waiting list reviews.
The role requires travel across the locality; a full driving licence and access to a car are desirable.
