We are looking for a Quality & Safety Trainer with a passion for workābased training internally for the organisation, and for our external customers in health and care subject specialisms.
This fullātime role (37.5 hours per week) offers hybrid working from our regional office with regular national and regional travel. You may also be eligible for a partātime position.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver fire safety training for healthcare professionals and external customers
- Support internal quality assurance of all clinical and safety learning interventions in line with TLE QA process
- Maintain the clinical and safety training course catalogue, ensuring all information is upātoādate
- Participate in relevant training projects and programmes
- Provide education, development and support to SME trainers within the organisation
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision
- Plan and manage own workload, prioritise, and schedule travel efficiently
- Support training needs analysis to identify demand for learning interventions
Person Specification
- Relevant fire safety qualification (e.g. IOSH, Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, Institute of Fire Engineers, Loughborough PG Certificate, CFPA Diploma, or extensive fire service experience)
- Patient Moving & Handling (desirable) / Basic Life Support (desirable) ā training available
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Recognised Level 4 training, teaching or assessment qualification
- Significant clinical practice experience in AHP, nursing or social work
- Ability to deliver training across a wide range of health and care subject specialisms
- Experience designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions for health and care audiences
- Competence in using digital tools for training development and delivery
- Experience delivering faceātoāface and virtual training
- Knowledge of curriculum development and course design
- Clean driving licence
