Join HCRG Care Group as a Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Awareness Safety experience and help our healthcare professionals develop essential safety skills.
This part‐time role involves 30 hours per week with hybrid working from our regional office and national/regional travel. You will deliver training internally and externally for health and care subject specialisms.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver fire safety‐related training and other quality & safety training interventions.
- Support internal quality assurance of all clinical and quality & safety learning interventions in line with the TLE Q&A process.
- Maintain the clinical and quality & safety training course catalogue, ensuring all course information is current.
- Take part in relevant clinical and quality & safety training projects and programmes.
- Support, educate and develop SMEs delivering learning interventions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision.
- Manage own workload, prioritise, plan and coordinate travel efficiently.
- Assist with training needs analyses to identify demand for learning interventions.
- Relevant fire safety qualification (e.g. IOSH, Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, Institute of Fire Engineers, Loughborough Post Graduate Certificate, CFPA Diploma) or extensive fire service experience.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification.
- Significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
- Ability to deliver training across a range of health & care subject specialisms.
- Experience designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions for health & care audiences.
- Competence in using digital tools for development and delivery of training.
- Experience delivering face‐to‐face and virtual training.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and course design.
- Clean driving licence.
- £36,000.00 salary + group pension
