As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical services within the HMP Chelmsford prison. Your responsibilities will include supporting the prison healthcare team, managing medication administration, and delivering effective pharmaceutical services. You'll be part of our Pharmacy Service team, accessing exclusive rewards and benefits. The working pattern is 40 hours per week spread over four days with options for part-time flexible working. Responsibilities include medication administration, providing pharmacy-related information, developing pharmacy support, and maintaining patient records. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and be a registered Pharmacy Technician with current GPhC membership. Previous experience in a prison environment or as part of a multi-disciplinary team is desirable.
