In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality continence care, support early intervention, and empower young people to achieve greater independence. Working week must include a Monday & Friday. Base: You will be based at High Post, Technology House, High Post Business Park, Salisbury, SP4 6AT. Job Schedule: The service hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be working from the office, home and clinic space. You will also on occasions complete home visits and school
visits., As a Childrens Continence Nurse, you will manage a caseload of children with bladder and/or bowel needs independently. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary interagency team to support children and families nursing needs. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating specialist interventions and providing advice to children, families, and care workers. The role requires knowledge of child protection procedures and the ability to reflect critically on your own performance.
