You will join the Swanley and Rural PCN Community Nursing Team in North Kent as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, delivering essential nursing care in patients’ homes and local communities. The role supports people with long-term conditions and aims to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, with a commitment to patient-centred care.
Newly qualified nurses can benefit from our Preceptorship Programme, and the post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
