HCRG Care Group is seeking a Children and Young People Practitioner to join the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Basildon. You will deliver parts of the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 under the School Nurse, working with schools, homes and Family Hubs to support children and families.
You will collaborate with Health Visitors and School Nurses, provide targeted health promotion, and contribute to outcome measures while developing professionally through The Learning Enterprise.
