  • Deliver high-quality, person‑centred speech and language therapy to adults referred into our service.
  • Work closely with service users, families, carers, and a wide network of health and social care professionals to support rehabilitation and self-management.
  • Help individuals better understand their conditions and develop strategies that positively influence daily life and long-term independence.
  • Be an active, valued member of both the local team and the wider SLT community, contributing to shared learning and continuous improvement.
