You will manage a caseload of children with bladder and bowel needs, working with families and professionals to deliver targeted interventions and support independent living.
You will be based at a mix of office, home, and clinic spaces, with some home and school visits, and you will operate under NHS Band 5 AfC terms with the NHS Pension.
