Job Introduction

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Community Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Dartford, North Kent to help us continue to change things for the better.

If you are newly qualified, let us support you with our forward‑thinking Preceptorship scheme that we have just been awarded a Quality Mark for. This is a mixture of face‑to‑face, e‑Learning and workshop‑based learning to support your development in your chosen career pathway.

This is a 37.5‑hour full‑time opportunity. The community nursing team works across 7 days per week, 08.00 – 20.00.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

Main Responsibility

Put your NMC/1st‑level registration to great use, working independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. You will deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey, providing care that reflects our high service standards and sharing best practice.

The Ideal Candidate

Community nurses with NMC/1st‑level registration who are confident using IT systems and can demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
