Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
- Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
- Developing and reviewing crisis plans
- Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
- Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
- Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care
Essential Qualifications:
- To apply, you must have, NMC registration (valid and active, A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as in Community Eligibility to work in the UK.
