We are looking for a Company Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate team, in Worcester, on a permanent basis. As part of our corporate offering, our team of corporate lawyers and company administrative assistants offer straightforward and helpful services, such as same-day incorporations, company filings and company secretarial support. You will provide a service to a wide variety of businesses from one-man bands to SMEs and some larger corporations. You will be their first point of contact and will liaise with external stakeholders daily. We can offer full-time or part-time working of 20+ hours a week.
Duties Will Include:
- Take telephone calls and field enquiries as appropriate
- Distribution of post addressed to your clients
- Advise on service level options available to new and existing clients
- Submission of Confirmation statements, ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting the team’s paperlite process
- Filing, organising, scanning and copying legal documents
- Liaising with agencies, assisting with setting up new businesses on Companies House
- Producing and notifying clients of annual invoicing
- Manage a shared inbox
About You:
- A willingness to understand companies and how they operate
- A sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, etc. Training will be provided on the bespoke company secretarial software system used by the team
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately
- Experience within a professional environment in an administrative role
- An excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work
- High levels of resilience and the ability to complete tasks against tight deadlines
- Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task, handle changing priorities and volume workloads is a pre-requisite for this role
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, be willing to get stuck into new things and take a proactive approach to work. You need to be a team player.
