About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client solicitor to join our Cheltenham‑based team at Associate or Senior Associate level.
Responsibilities
- Providing high quality, profitable fee‑earning support within the private client team.
- Advising on a wide range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, LPA’s, estates, and tax planning.
- Maintaining and developing strong technical knowledge while sharing insight and expertise collaboratively across the team.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking, marketing and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Supporting the growth of client relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
About You
- 2‑7 years’ PQE within Private Client.
- STEP qualification or working towards this.
- Strong technical expertise with excellent drafting skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills.
- A proactive, organised, and ambitious mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
