About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer within the BRICS team, supporting businesses with risk, investigation, compliance, and secretarial matters. The role involves working alongside transactional and specialist partners, handling high-value transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Transactional work, including due diligence, drafting warranties, indemnities, and ancillary documents.
  • Company secretarial and corporate governance tasks, such as preparing articles of association and shareholder agreements.
  • Providing PSL support, managing precedent banks, and answering technical questions.
  • Conducting compliance reviews and audits of company records.
  • Producing and reviewing NSIA applications.
  • Project management and data room management.
  • Client follow-up and post-completion checks.

Candidate Requirements

  • 0-3 years PQE or more.
  • Experience in corporate work and NSIA applications.
  • Strong technical drafting skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
