We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Banking and Finance team in our London office. The team works with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Our specialist team works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate funding solutions. Whether it’s the launch of a new project or the acquisition of a new company, we can provide innovative approaches to funding to meet our clients’ needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters
- Leading on transactions with appropriate supervision, managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
- Developing opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participating in business development opportunities
About You
- 5+ PQE with a solid background in banking and finance
- Strong experience in corporate lending and/or leveraged finance and/or real estate finance
- Confident managing transactions and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and offices
- Commercially astute, proactive and driven, with a genuine interest in developing your practice
