We are seeking an experienced employment law solicitor to join our national Employment, HR and Immigration practice as a partner, leading our offer in Leamington Spa. Whether you are an experienced partner looking for a new opportunity or a senior associate/legal director ready to step into partnership for the first time, this role offers an ideal setting to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our growing Midlands practice, working closely with the Joint Head of Office.
  • Deliver expert advice across a broad spectrum of employment, HR and immigration matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base including public and private sector organisations, PLCs, SMEs and individuals, with scope to get involved in international matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HCR to deliver holistic legal support and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to business development and enhance our market profile in the region.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in Employment Law.
  • Experience preferably in respondent work; a mix of claimant and respondent acceptable.
  • Technically sound on high‑value, high‑profile, complex matters.
  • Capability to manage teams and develop practice areas.
  • Commercially savvy and confident in business development.
  • Collaborative, client‑focused and ambitious.
