The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for a proactive, highly organised individual to fulfil a crucial role in our legal support staff within our Residential Property team. You will be joining a team of two LSAs, reporting directly into an enthusiastic team Head with 20 years of property law experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
  • Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possible.
  • Supporting the file opening process for the team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
  • Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing.

About You

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.
  • Former experience within a legal/professional services environment, or in particular within a property residential team would be advantageous.
