We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team at the London (International HQ) office.

Responsibilities

  • Client Communications and Visitor Management
    • Welcome and greet all visitors to the firm, including clients.
    • Field and redirect incoming calls as appropriate.
    • Maintain a timely response to incoming calls and email queries.
    • Manage visitor sign‑in (including contractor log) and distribute visitor passes.
  • Event, Meeting Room and Office Supply Management
    • Maintain inventory and order stationery for meeting rooms and overall office space.
    • Order catering for events and meetings, and arrange appropriate layout.
    • Book meeting rooms as needed, allowing for event set‑up.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors or catering for events.
    • Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks.
  • Mail Management
    • Handle incoming post, special deliveries and couriers.
    • Manage outgoing post.
    • Log files as per SOS.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administration is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in a client/customer facing environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally.
  • Organised and able to manage changing priorities.
  • Approachable nature, as both clients and employees will look to you for support.
  • Proactive and can‑do approach.
  • Thrives best in a collaborative team environment.

Work full‑time between 09:00 – 17:00. This role is not a pathway to a Training Contract.
