We are currently looking for a proactive professional with an interest in the legal sector to fulfil a crucial role in our support staff within the Residential Property team. The Residential Property team is fast‑growing, highly collaborative, and offers vast opportunity to excel within your career.
Responsibilities
- Draft letters, documents and forms, including sale contracts, exchange and completion letters.
- Conduct searches (Local Authority, Land Registry, Insolvency, Compliance Regulation).
- Act as first point of contact for administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team’s needs where possible.
- Support the file opening process for the team.
- Assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required, including new matter quotes.
- Filter client and agent queries and, at times, act as the first point of contact for clients.
About You
- Sound knowledge of IT systems, including the full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and confident typing abilities.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in a client‑facing environment is advantageous.
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is desirable.
- Experience in case‑management systems is preferable but not essential.
