Registered Care Manager – South Herts

As the Registered Care Manager for Visiting Angels – South Herts, you will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that this branch of Visiting Angels delivers a safe, reliable and high-quality service to current and prospective clients. You will support and supervise a team of excellent caregivers and help to grow the organisation to become a leading provider of domiciliary care in South Hertfordshire.

What does this Registered Care Manager job involve?

Hours of Work: 40 Hours Per Week – 09:00 – 17:00

• To assist in implementing the existing, successful business plan, whilst working alongside the Business Owner to manage, develop and grow the business in innovative ways.
• With experience in leadership and management within the care sector, we need someone who has demonstrated the ability to consistently improve services in line with Care Quality Commission\’s standards, showing a clear understanding of what \’outstanding\’ care looks like.
• That will help build a work family where everyone is valued as an individual, whilst creating and maintaining a culture of performance and excellence. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent within the sector or currently working towards.
• Experience of managing and leading a team
• Experience in growing a Domiciliary care business
• Valid UK driving licence
