Regent Home Care is seeking passionate community care workers to join their team. We are a small, family‑run care company looking for carers to help care for service users in the Watford and Three Rivers areas. We have been providing our services to the community since 2008 and take great pride in our work for the community we consider home. Our Service focuses on Elder, Adult disability and Adult Autism care, but also see people for a variety of other reasons. We also hold contracts with Herts Social Services, NHS CCG, NHS Mental Health and private clients, meaning we not only have an abundance of work but that much of that work is guaranteed and government‑backed meaning we can always guarantee your hours.

  • £13.64 is our lowest hourly rate for care work. It's higher for weekends, higher still for Bank holidays (and that’s not even mentioning the Senior rates!)
  • 35p per mile (first call to last call) and an extra 15p per mile if you have a passenger.
  • Experience is always appreciated, but not mandatory here.
  • All training provided in‑house and worked around your availability (plus paid at National Living Wage).

  • Localised working, we only work in WD postcodes and most rounds are centred around a specific postcode, e.g. WD19 or WD18, WD25 or WD3.
  • At the moment, we are specifically looking for people willing to work some weekend and evening shifts, but if you’re ok with that, then we can offer other shifts on top to fill out your desired hours.
  • We offer 0, 16, 21, 28, and 35‑hour contracts. Your choice, so you can build your work around your own life and family.
