At Abacus, we provide specialist Supported Living for adults with complex care needs. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, behaviours that may be deemed challenging, and a range of diagnoses and presentations. We’re looking for caring, positive, and reliable Support Workers to enable the people we support to thrive.

Responsibilities
- Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Various Shifts Available: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
- Support adults to live fulfilling, independent lives
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Encourage choice, independence, and community participation
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals
What we’re looking for
- Kind, patient, and enthusiastic individuals
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete Health & Social Care training (Level 2+)
- Flexible and reliable attitude
- Previous care experience helpful but not essential
- Valid UK driving licence (preferable)
