What does this Care Professional job involve?

• Hours of Work: 0 Hour Contract – Hours Available Between 07:00 – 21:00
• Assisting with personal care
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting with medication
• Helping with light household tasks
• Providing companionship
• Support clients with outings and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Safeguarding clients from harm, monitoring any changes in their health or needs, and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and responsive support
• Follow individual care plans carefully while delivering care that is respectful, person-centred, and tailored to each individual’s preferences and routines
