About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable individuals to work within adult social care services across Hertfordshire. Opportunities are available within residential care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and domiciliary care settings.

As an Adult Social Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Day to day duties:

  • Support individuals with their daily living activities.
  • Provide personal care when required, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and support with eating and drinking.
  • Help individuals access social, leisure, and community activities.
  • Administer or support with medication where appropriate and trained to do so.
  • Maintain accurate records and report concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
