About the Company

We are a small home care provider supporting adults of all ages with varying needs, from Dementia to physical disabilities, within their own homes. We are looking for caring, dedicated, conscientious and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team to provide person-centered care and ensure people are always treated with dignity and respect. Providing care and support is both a challenging and rewarding experience. You will mostly work alone with the person in their home covering Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hoddesdon and Goff Oak and Cuffley.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work: Flexible - shifts start from 7am last call 9pm - 36-40 hours a week

  • Personal Care - Support people with their care needs in line with their individual care plan. This may include assisting with personal and intimate care as required by the individual.
  • Companionship - Build professional relationships with people, assisting with their emotional, social and spiritual needs whilst encouraging independence and choice. Assist people with going about their daily life, from support with medication, or preparing meals, to helping them to keep well.
  • Community - Accompany the person accessing the community and attending their chosen activities in line with their personal care and support plan.

  • Must have a full, clean driving licence and own car as you will be traveling between peoples own homes
