What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Per Week – Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00 / 20:00 – 08:00
Day-to-day duties include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with their daily activities, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, emotional support, and community activities.
- Carers also follow care plans, maintain accurate records, report concerns, and work closely with the team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people they support.
