We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, hospital-owned Diabetes & Endocrinology practice.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care
- Evaluate and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and other endocrine diseases
- Develop individualized treatment plans and long-term disease management strategies
- Collaborate closely with certified diabetes educators and dieticians to support patient education and lifestyle management
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and hospital-based specialists
- Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic testing related to endocrine disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
- Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
