We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model
