Experienced Automotive Industry trained Service Advisor required for an established passenger car dealership in Cambridge.

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to manage and welcome service customers bringing their vehicles to the Service department. As the first point of contact, you will be familiar with creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring the details on the job card and contact details are correct. Advising the customer of the costs involved and gaining their authority to proceed. Working as a part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience. Liaising with the workshop and updating the customer throughout the day. Advising of additional work required, including costs, timelines and gaining authorisation. Upon completion, organising the collection and invoicing. Upselling services and additional work, in line with Vehicle Health Check recommendations.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record. Familiar with working within a similar capacity, at a professional, manufacturer approved workshop. Will focus on customer service, pay attention to detail, and place proactivity and efficiency at the forefront of actions. Value the importance of effective communication and rapport building with customers and colleagues.

Basic: £30,000 - £31,900, dependent upon experience, with the opportunity to earn an uncapped target-driven bonus and an OTE of £40k. Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday rota (1 in 4).
