We seek an experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator who likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, for this delightful Service Centre near Reading. The Role: Working in an established Service Centre, with a focus on attention to detail, working as part of a team, and close communication with the Service Workshop to ensure a clear understanding of the Warranty procedures. The successful candidate will already have experience managing the warranty process, making and processing Warranty Claims as a Warranty Administrator, or a Service Advisor with technical expertise and a basic understanding of Warranty. Technical expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will be beneficial for this role.
The successful applicant will join their colleagues in a positive working environment, where they are rewarded for their skills and have opportunities to develop as a manufacturer-trained Service Advisor.
Essential:- A Full, UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
- Attention to detail and a wide knowledge of the Warranty process, and managing vehicle claims.
- Willing to work within a fast-paced, team-friendly and customer-friendly environment.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to use a vehicle dealership management system.
The Salary: The basic salary depends on the individual's skillset, generally around £40,000 with the opportunity to increase this salary by another 10% through a monthly bonus and the chance to enhance your skills with ongoing training and development. Additional company benefits include eligibility to participate in the company lease scheme.
The Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with an hour’s unpaid lunch break.
