A unique vacancy has arisen for an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager to join our client’s vehicle dealership; assistance with relocation will be provided.

Working in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and enhancing productivity.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external departments including OEMs
  • Managing a productive multibrand Aftersales department, creating a hospitable and customer focused atmosphere for colleagues and customers
  • Ensuring optimum levels of customer satisfaction and retention are maintained
  • Proactively keeping abreast of market trends, enhancing productivity, encouraging teamwork
  • Ensuring budgetary targets are met or exceeded and all departments are working to company and manufacturer standards

The person should be an experienced Aftersales Manager with experience of managing a large service department, proven experience of having successful working relationships with colleagues, and a proactive “hands on” structured approach, guiding, supporting, motivating, encouraging, valuing and appreciating the contribution of each team member. A structured, detail orientated, methodical approach, with the ability to efficiently manage the workflow is essential. Manufacturer certifications will be advantageous and a holder of a full driving licence.
