This unique leadership opportunity is for an experienced, hands-on General Sales Manager or Head of Business to oversee a multi-brand sales operation; an opportunity not to be missed! We are working in partnership with a highly respected automotive group to appoint an accomplished Head of Sales to lead operations across multiple sites. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a confident, results-driven individual with a strong track record in premium automotive retail. With full autonomy to lead, drive performance and shape the Sales operation, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the next phase of the group’s strategic vision. This role is ideal for a commercially astute individual, with a hands-on management style who thrives in a high-performance environment and is ready to take on a broad leadership remit.
