We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our Client, a passenger car dealership based in Dartford, Essex. Our client has a reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair.
  • Ensure compliance and control the warranty claims and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within manufacturer guidelines.
  • Support the Service department, deal with job cards, manage the database and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Current or previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry.
  • Customer-focused individuals who pay attention to detail, can multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Service Department, maintaining the customer contact system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with accurate use of the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Knowledge of Service/Warranty and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service are essential.
