We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a friendly, supportive and fast-paced dealership service department in Croydon. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a busy automotive environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the customer service process from vehicle check-in to handover, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Key duties include:

  • Reviewing job cards with customers and gaining authorisation for work
  • Advising on repair timescales and arranging courtesy cars where required
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the day
  • Liaising with workshop teams for progress updates
  • Upselling service plans and additional work identified via VHC
  • Raising invoices and processing payments prior to vehicle release

About You

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership or large independent garage (essential)
  • Confident using Kerridge or similar DMS systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with a proactive and organised approach
  • Full UK driving licence
