You will lead a team of 32 staff, setting the tone from the front while creating a culture of accountability, refinement, and continuous improvement.

Your attention to detail will be essential in managing manufacturer KPIs, driving service quality, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values of a premium brand.

While budget achievement remains important, the primary focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience supported by strong operational and KPI performance.

The Role

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing service team within a premium brand facility.
  • Champion luxury service standards, ensuring every customer touchpoint delivers a refined and memorable experience.
  • Drive performance against manufacturer KPIs, internal targets, customer satisfaction measures, and operational standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, productivity, and service quality.
  • Take a visible, hands‑on leadership approach, supporting the team on the ground while maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in Aftersales or Service Management with at least 3 years’ experience in an automotive dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer KPIs, performance management, customer satisfaction, and service profitability.
  • A detail-focused, highly organised leader who sets exacting standards and follows through consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop large teams while building a culture of ownership and excellence.
