We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple centres and technicians across the South East of England. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. Managing operations across multiple sites, you will ensure each branch is running at optimal efficiency while consistently delivering against performance targets. You will play a key role in supporting teams, improving processes, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support branch teams and mobile technicians
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service quality across the region
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally
  • Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a multi-site management role (automotive or aftermarket repair centre preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
