We are looking for a Workforce Management Solution Manager with UKG and Legion skills. This role will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across U.S. and Canada business operations, ensuring successful adoption and integration with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for adopting labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across U.S. and Canada operations.
- Work closely with the technology vendor’s project manager to ensure seamless delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, internal technical teams, and the implementation vendor.
- Proactively identify, raise, and manage project risks and issues.
- Define project milestones, governance structures, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Advise on next steps, dependencies, and solution adoption strategies.
- Coordinate with technical and vendor teams to ensure solution design and integration meet business requirements.
- Maintain a high‑level overview of the end‑to‑end solution and advise on best practices.
- Assist with change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Support business readiness through training, documentation, and process alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing workforce labor forecasting and scheduling projects.
- Strong understanding of UKG and Legion platforms.
