Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall Workday testing strategy and plan.
- Coordinate testing phases: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Parallel Payroll testing.
- Lead a team of testing consultants and business testers.
- Define test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage defect triage and resolution processes.
- Collaborate with functional, integration, and security teams.
- Provide test status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ERP/HCM testing, with 3+ years in Workday.
- Experience leading testing in global Workday implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules and business processes.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
Certifications Required/Preferred
- Workday Pro Certification – HCM or Financials (Preferred)
- Agile or Scrum Certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) (Preferred)
- Workday Testing Tools Training (e.g., Kainos Smart, Worksoft Certify) (Preferred if applicable)
