We are seeking a Workday Integration Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise‑grade integrations across HR, Finance, and Payroll systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Workday expertise with strong architectural vision, ensuring seamless data flows and scalable solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio, EIB, PECI, APIs).
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure integrations meet compliance, security, and performance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams, ensuring best practices in integration design and governance.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Architect or Senior Integration Specialist.
