We are seeking an experienced Service Now Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of enterprise Service Now platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions aligned to business objectives.

- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Service Now Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Technical Architect.
- Deep expertise across the Service Now platform, including architecture, configurations, scripting, and integrations.

- CSM
- CMDB
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- Strong knowledge of Java Script, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and platform automation.

- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and engage with senior leadership.
