We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to drive end‑to‑end EC implementations and lead solution design for global HR transformations. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑quality solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a subject‑matter expert who can guide teams, mentor consultants, and own delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Own solution design, configuration, and deployment of EC modules
- Act as the primary EC SME for clients and internal teams
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SF solutions
- Ensure compliance with global HR, GDPR, and data privacy regulations
- Manage integrations between EC and other SAP / third‑party systems
- Support testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live activities
- Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore teams
- Support pre‑sales, estimations, and solution demonstrations when required
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- 4+ years hands‑on experience with Employee Central
- Strong knowledge of: EC Core, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role‑Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience with data migration, integrations (CPI / Boomi)
- At least 2–3 end‑to‑end EC implementations as Lead
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification (mandatory or preferred)
